Reservations for staying in the University of Minnesota (UMN) Residence Halls are being accepted ONLY through this site and must be selected by Friday, June 19, 2026. 

The 5-night package price is $475 for a single occupancy room, and $375 for a double (shared) occupancy room. Rooms are available ONLY in a 5-night package for arrival on Sunday, July 26 and departure on Friday, July 31. You will not be able to check-in prior to the arrival date or stay beyond the listed departure date. Additional information and details will be displayed once your selection below is made.

ASV has also secured group reservation rates at several hotels near the University of Minnesota campus. Details and reservation links for those properties will be included in your confirmation email.

Key cards will be provided to each residence hall guest to access the building and individual rooms. A $60 USD fee will be required for all guests who do not return key cards at the time of departure.
