When to hang up & take down your poster:
- Each poster will hang for the entire day on your poster session day
- You should hang up your poster BEFORE the poster session, ideally before the end of lunch (1:30 p.m.)
- Poster boards will be labeled with abstract numbers that match those in the ASV Program Book; set up your poster on the board with your poster’s abstract number.
- Board fasteners will be provided.
- All posters MUST be removed at the end of the day. Unremoved posters will be stored temporarily, but will be recycled if unclaimed by the final evening of the meeting.
|
Presenting your poster at the ASV meeting:
- Practice presenting your poster. See tips below for more on this!
- Be present and ready to talk with viewers of your poster during your assigned session.
- Viewers may ask for a verbal overview or recap of your poster, or they may ask specific questions to learn more about a particular aspect.
